ARTiVO - Zuhause finden

Finding a home shouldn't feel like browsing a database. When ARTiVO — a regional property developer with a clear philosophy around affordable, sustainable living — needed a digital home for their rental properties, the design had to feel just as considered as their buildings. Warm, clear, and human.

Concept

Concept

/// zuhause-finden.at is the rental platform for ARTiVO planung + bauleitung gmbh, a Styrian property developer specialising in high-quality, affordable residential projects across the Lipizzanerheimat region. The platform brings together all current rental listings — from renovated historic buildings to new builds — in one clean, approachable interface that reflects ARTiVO's brand values: reliable, affordable, and built to last.

Problem

Problem

/// A property developer with a strong portfolio and a clear identity had no dedicated digital presence to showcase their rental listings. Without a well-designed platform, quality properties were being undersold — and the trust and warmth of the ARTiVO brand simply wasn't coming through online. The design needed to bridge that gap between a real estate listing and a genuine invitation to find a home.

Solution

Solution

/// A clean, image-led property platform with a structured object overview, individual property pages featuring detailed unit listings with expandable floor plan and spec information, and a clear empty-state experience for fully rented properties — keeping the platform honest and future-proof. The visual language is understated and trustworthy: crisp white, black, and warm photography that lets the properties speak for themselves.

/// With scope focused on screen design, the work centred on translating ARTiVO's brand identity into a coherent, property-focused UI — covering the homepage, object overview, individual property pages with accordion-based unit listings, and an empty-state variant for fully occupied properties. All screens were designed in Figma and handed off for development.
